In 2018, the project was abandoned but founder of AJ Builders, AJ Malik began construction on this challenging project.
The gas station had multiple errors in the foundation and updated it to statewide and local city compliance code. Cost of total contract $1.5 million

In 2013, this multi unit residential space was renovated inside and out which included electrical, plumbing, hvac and framing.

ABOUT AJ BUILDERS

Since his early childhood days in Pakistan, Mr. Malik loved building with his hands which in 1993 led to development of AJ Builders in North Carolina. Mr Malik has had experience with various different public, private, and religious government and higher education projects. Mr Malik prides himself on making sure each client has their set of demands met and had exceeded beyond expectations.
